Mark Heywood, Whynot Pottery

Another person working tirelessly behind the scenes of the Clay and Blogs, Telling A Story ceramics show is Mark Heywood. Here's some of Mark's work. Aren't these wonderful! I can't wait to see some of these pots in person.

To see more of Mark's work, please see Mark and Meredith's website here. Hope you can make it to the Clay and Blogs show which opens October 1st at the Arts Council of Moore County, Campbell House galleries. If you can't make it to the show, there are pots available at the online show here.

  1. Linda- how true! He is the reason I can do what I do- or rather behind any person crazy enough to take on a challenge is a person who holds them up.
these pots are all sold but there will be others waiting on you.
    When will you be here?!

  2. These pots are fabulous. I can see why they're already sold. But, Linda, I'm not seeing anything better than what you do...a compliment to both of you!

Hi Marguerite, thanks so much you are so kind, I have learned and am still learning that each potter has their own specialness to bring to the art and the craft of pottery that's for sure.
