  1. I'm still here, as I suspected I would be... :) You are, too, so I think I'm in good company.

  4. Hi Teresa, thanks, I couldn't resist. I didn't know a thing about it till I read it somewhere else. Our TV doesn't get any reception any longer, so much for the couple of free channels we were getting.

Hi Amy, thanks, Gary said he heard on the news that folks were giving away their houses, money and all kinds of stuff, I missed hearing about that.

Hi Turquoisemoon, thanks, yep the pastels will be coming up next, te he.

  5. Still here also. Got tickled at the Marlins game I was watching. They actually had a "tongue in cheek" count down to Rapture clock.
The believers were giving the non-believers $125 to take care of their pets when it happened. Bet they didn't get their money back.

  6. Hi Patti, thanks, $125 isn't enough to take care of someone's pet, but I guess something is better than nothing. Ha.

  7. I was so tired last night, I slept like the dead - but am wide awake this a.m. I can only shake my head at how so many people got pulled in by that scam.

I'll bring my camera to the shop this afternoon and see what's there. She'd sold out of the black orchids when I relayed the info. Linda, her work has an added dimension - isn't shiny like silk flowers, isn't hard like ceramic...never saw this before...it looks almost real.

    Did you receive my e-mail?

  8. Hi Kittie, thanks, yes religion has a big draw for a lot of people or for that matter there are a lot of followers in the world.

Kittie, thanks so much for checking into those flowers for me, perhaps they are air dry clay, polymer clay, or acrylic? yes I got your email and will be mailing a photo very soon, thanks again.

  11. Hi Linda

These ceramic flowers are really lovely. I especially love the first and third ones: their colors are so beautiful. After reading and seeing your May 19 post(Fabulous!)as well, I suppose these flowers have the great potential for appilication to various uses. Love your new header and look forward to seeing your new pastels.

  12. Hi Sapphire, thanks so much, a lot of ideas are milling and mulling around in my head with regards to these and the others. I find if I post the photos of them I look at them with a fresh eye on the computer screen. As you say, they have the potential to application to various uses which I am hoping to exploit to their fullest. Thanks for noticing the new header too, I thought to rotate different flowers on the header from time to time.
