Random Booth Shots

Gary and I are volunteering at the Inverness Art Festival and here are some random booth shots. I'm interested in ways to hang art so many of them are those type of shots.

Thanks for reading and for all your comments. I'll get back to everyone's comments when I get chance tomorrow.

  1. Hello Linda:
What fun this will be, or probably IS as we write. We do hope that you meet many interesting people and have a thoroughly enjoyable day.

  2. Sounds like a fantastic Art Festival. I really love to look at various kinds of exhibits at art festivals. I can see many interesting things in your photos. Metal ornaments(?) look great. I was in my hometown for several days recently and visited the site of an Art Show the theme of which was "Other Dimensions".
Thank you Linda for sharing all these photos.

always amazed at how much people can do in a 10 x 10 foot space. i've always been a bit intimidated by the booth setup

  5. I love going to art festivals and craft shows. Setting up must be extremely hard. Tent/shelving/products/cash register/etc...Looks easy enough-NOT...

  7. Hi Jane and Lance, thanks, it was interesting to be a spectator rather than an exhibitor this time.

Hi Sapphire, thanks, other dimensions, bet that was wonderful to see.

Hi Patti, thanks, Inverness is a quaint town, and there were lots of unique styles of art.

Hi Jim, thanks, folks are always interested to see the different ways to put together a booth so I thought I would show a few; sadly most of the artists this weekend said they are not making their booth rent this year so based on that information from the last few shows, I've decided to forego them for now.

Hi Turquoisemoon, thanks, no it isn't easy and to man the booth for eight hours as well; our volunteering was to give a break to the participants, most didn't want to leave for fear of loosing even one sale.

Hi Hellopalz, thanks, yes fun to visit and see all the wonderful art.
