I read this post after coming in from lighting the wood stove in the freezing cold gallery/studio... I could feel the warm humidity coming through the interwebs, while gazing at those beauties.
Your pictures reminded me that I only live a few miles from the Como Park Conservatory with all the tropical plants. I really must get over there to shake off the winter blues! Thanks for the lovely photos!

Hi Gigi, thanks, oh you have no idea how much I love plants ever since I was a small child and I never tire of their beauty and solace. Sarasota is about two hours south of us and perhaps three hours north of Miami.

Hi Vicki, thanks, the gardens had the watercolor stations every so often and many of them were just perfect for encouraging reflections and repose in the gardens.
