The Squirrel and the Rabbit

The last day in our home Gary was vacuuming and noticed a squirrel and a rabbit side by side eating excess bird seed dropped from the feeder.

All of a sudden the squirrel chased the rabbit away.

The rabbit just hopped a few paces and began eating some of the grasses. We closed on our house and all went well and now are in the RV resort for the nexty month. I'll have a post coming up about our RV park This weekend we are researching tablets, laptops, ipads, iphones, it's all very confusing trying to determine which will be best for traveling up the east coast. I am at the library today and only have limited time on the internet.

Last night we at a hole in the wall restaurant nearby, call the Fisherman's Restaurant, I'll have a post about that soon. We decided to get a larger RV because this one is too crowded, more on that too. We're busy organizing our stuff and cuddling the cats who are stressed out. I've been giving them good food and catnip each day. We have an owl hooting above our camper at night who is very loud and sandhill cranes calling to wake us in the morning. Photos and more stories soon. Thanks for reading and for all your comments.

  1. Squirrels are not good at sharing.
I'm not sure how I'd feel about an owl hooting over my head!

  4. Wow, finally it's departure. Good luck. I have a tablet. It's very convenient to check and read on Internet, but not easy to type. This is from my PC. : )

  7. I thought just like the commenter above. One could have a lot of fun with those two critters. But, having said that, the squirrel in my neighbor's tree had a grand time digging up my tulips. Humph!

Hard to believe D-Day has arrived. Good luck with all.
