Diesel GMC 38 foot Bus For Sale

Our treasure bus, a 38 foot GMC bus is for sale. It's a 1987 turbo diesel with an allison automatic transmission with retarder with 129000 miles which is low for a diesel. It gets between 12 to 13 mpg which is quite good for a bus of this size and carrying capacity.

As you know it made it from California to Florida with no problems. Tires have 2500 miles on them and the batteries (two) are new. The bus is currently registered and we have a clear California title in hand. We have owned this bus since 2007.

The bus has good tan and brown paint and is currently located near Ocala, Florida. All but five seats have been removed.

The bus can be used for an RV conversion, a hunting bus, a Daytona bus, or for moving across the country. Some farmers in Florida use them to haul watermelons. This bus kept our belongings high and dry for many months with no problem. Good for storage or what have you.
Additional information at this craiglist posting. If you know anyone who wants or needs a bus, please let them know. Thanks for reading and for all your comments.
