Sometimes the grocery store is lacking in fresh vegetables or perhaps they're priced too high. For times like those I stock up on frozen vegetables. You know how it's said eat your colors; well I'm trying to stick to that plan. I picked up this package of a medley of vegetables and they were quite good and definitely colorful. I've served them with swordfish and black rice. Gary got the swordfish when he was in Florida a few weeks ago. I made some of my linaise sauce to drizzle over the top.
