Finally Firing After Months

After months I am finally firing my kiln for a bisque. The top shelves aren't very full but the rest of the kiln is packed. The new Stone Mountain white stoneware I am trying takes a long time to dry so I am patiently waiting for all my leaves and soap dishes to dry. I also have some ornaments to replenish my supplies. Ornaments sell at all times of the year.

Believe it or not my BP was 128/75 this morning. Now it's 151/85. This is without taking the BP medication which is only to be used if it skyrockets. I am taking the water pill. We shall see.

Next I'll be trying the speckled tan stoneware from Stone Mountain. Thanks for reading and for all your comments.

  3. Maybe being in your studio is helping your BP.
Looking forward to seeing what the new clay does.

  4. Hope your blood pressure is normal now. I take Lozartan for mine every morning. It works.

I'm sorry you've been going through a tough time. I hope all settles down very soon. Try not to stress (easy for me to say, I guess), but you seem to be on the right track. Take good care of yourself. Best thoughts.

I look forward to seeing the end result of your load ready for firing. :)
