You know I like trying new foods. Saturday I saw some really long beans at the farmer's market. I learned they're Chinese Long Beans or Asparagus beans.
I decided to stir fry the beans and I chopped them into 1 1/2 inch pieces. But I don't have a wok; so I decided to use my cast iron frying pan. Cast iron is a great heat conductor so I was able to get the pan nice and hot to stir fry the beans.
