Sesame Tahini Cookies Vegan & GF
1/2 cup gf flour
1/2 cup almond meal (I ground my own)
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/8 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/4 cup tahini
1/4 cup maple syrup
Mix dry, then add wet ingredients. Drop by teaspoons full and press down and sprinkle sesame seeds over the top and bake at 350 F for 12 to 15 minutes. Cool completely and then scarf them down. Go ahead, I won't tell anyone.
They sound good.
