Stovetop Roasted Cherry Tomatoes
cut tomatoes in quarters, drizzle a little olive oil in a pan,
sprinkle a little salt and some aji ammarillo ground pepper,

so delicious, especially since the tomatoes are home grown .
Home grown tomatoes are the best. By a long way.
