There are these woody scruffy looking shrubs on our back hill. It took them forever to leaf out. Gary kept saying he wanted to cut them down. Since it was such a cold winter I said lets wait, they might be something. Some of them are still leafing out and they don't really look much better leafed out. But today I noticed they have very tiny rose and lavender flowers all over. I guess they aren't weeds after all. Do you know what these are? They look like they might be in the pea family. The shrub is about 4 to 5 feet tall with roundish leaves which are opposite, and has a woody stem.
Yesterday I made this basket with rose, turquoise and gold slip. Today I'm thinking I might want to combine rose and lavender together on a pot like the flowers above. Hope you're having a relaxing day. Thanks for reading and for all your comments.
