Unadilla and Oneonta New York

This time we camped by the side of a creek in Unadilla New York which is just before the town of Oneonta.

A lazy creek meanders by our camp site.

Blue asters and goldenrod abound along the countryside everywhere.

Trees fall beside the creek and are left to decay.

Life is good, That is after we made it through all the rough roads that proliferate this state. I suspect the frozen earth of winter heaves the ground and creates havoc with the roads here. Thanks for reading and for all your comments.

  1. Hello Linda,

How wonderful that you have escaped on an adventure for a little while. And, what a beautiful place to escape to. So serene and calm, just the place to reflect on life and gather one's strength. Enjoy!

  2. Hi Jane and Lance, thanks, we are starting to wind down slowly.
