Big Score, Blackfin Tuna

Thank goodness for neighbors who are fisherman. Our neighbors gave us some blackfin tuna fillets. I was glad I had that spanish mackerel I smoked to reciprocate.

Oh my goodness, a succulent white meat and some zucchini and yellow crookneck squash to accompany the luscious tuna. Cooked over charcoal briquets, don't over cook your tuna or it will be dry and tough; medium rare is perfect. Thank you, thank you.
