A Mixed Bouquet

Here's a mixed bouquet I put together in one of my vases gathering (with a great degree of effort) flowers from my garden. Catmint, lavender, Greek oregano, lantana, and yellow and red hot poker.

Every day I'm getting a little better, most of the pain is gone.  I'm walking with a cane and my left leg is stiff and still hard to sit on left side. It isn't easy getting older that's for sure. Thanks for all your well wishes, for reading and for all your comments.

  1. The flowers look great in your vase. That's my goal here, to grow enough flowers to bring into the house. I am really starting from scratch.

    1. Hi Michele, thanks, I started from scratch here too. I got the small 3 inch pots because they are the least expensive. I want to be able to have enough to bring to the farmer's market and into the house. The bee balm is up to about almost four feet now, never knew they'd grow that big. Yikes.

    3. Hi Michele, thanks, it is spreading, and go to the vegetable section and get lavender and catmint or catnip and rosemary, come back every year and if you can find the spanish tarragon, yummy, all the herbs that return, the pineapple sage doesn't come back here; it might where you are and it grows to 4 feet in a season and the hummingbirds love it.

  2. The fun of growing old....not! I've only just now come across your previous post where I left a comment. And I hope as each hour passes your pain grow lesser and lesser to the stage you are completely pain free. Take good care.
