Scallops with Blueberry Sauce

Remember this recipe from two years ago, Scallops with Blueberry Sauce? I definitely never forgot it. Scallops are so expensive but the cost is much less than if we both went out to dinner. Last week I decided to splurge on some scallops for a combination birthday and anniversary dinner. Serve them over a bed of mixed greens, romaine, or spinach.  The warm blueberry sauce makes a slightly wilted salad. So delicious; perfect for a summer treat.
