Tripletail Fish

 We had tripletail fish (source) for our meal today. it was delicious.

I grilled the fish and mixed up a quick bearnaise sauce.
Since I didn't have a double boiler
I held the pot over the flame but not touching
a bit of trouble but the butter didn't separate from the eggs.
I served the fish with brown rice and fennel again.
Not a word from Gary about the fennel this time. Ha.

We're heading home early because things cost a lot;
turns out we had to get 4 new tires which cost $400.
We didn't notice that the tires were worn on the inside
the outside looked good and better safe than sorry.

    1. Hi Sue, thanks, yes it was a good break, could have been better without the bugs, but we are expecting a hard freeze and got some good news when we got home, so all worth it.
