The bisque is complete. Today I'll be glazing. I keep forgetting to put my horse sculpture in the kiln and I even had room. I had it on a separate shelf out of the way so it didn't get bumped. Darn. Tomorrow I'm working at ArtWorks. No rest in sight for this week.
I think Barney has cat flu which lasts 7 to 10 days and is very contagious to other cats. Poor Barney. He's drinking a lot of water and eating a small amount of food and sleeping the rest of the time. I hope my other two cats don't get it. Ugh. Thanks for reading and for all your comments.

ReplyDeletePoor Barney. I hope he recovers quickly. I had two male cats that had picked up one of the upper respiratory infections when they were at the shelter. They would often exhibit symptoms whenever they were stressed. I am really surprised that my Sophie never contracted it.

I’ve forgotten to put a piece in the kiln too, I even almost forgot to put the holiday ornaments in the most recent firing. Thankfully, I remembered at the last second.
