Took a couple of photos of the ribbon vessels at the market so you could see the glaze variations in the daylight.
Market sales were good but slower than previous weeks, the morning was cool and foggy but later it warmed up. Thanks for reading and for all your comments.
Colors look much more vibrant in the natural light!
ReplyDeleteHi Michele, thanks, yes we are a bit in the sun this time of year and the glazes show up nicely.
DeleteThe glaze looks beautiful as always.
ReplyDeleteHi Gigi, thanks, so much
DeleteBlues and Browns are my favorite glaze combinations...
ReplyDeleteHi Rian, thanks, I didn't used to like green but it's growing on me I am like all the colors now.
DeleteHi Joanne, thanks, even though they look better in these they are even nicer in person.
ReplyDeleteLove those colours. And itch to stroke the pots.
ReplyDeleteHi Sue, thanks, they are wonderful to hold with the overlapping texture.
DeleteNice glaze breaking over the edges. Are they both same color glaze? On my laptop one looks more purplish---both are lovely.
ReplyDeleteHi Charlene, thanks, both two different glazes, first one is a rutile based on very dark brown clay, and second one is purple and breaking to rose and gold on white stoneware. Perhaps if you click on the photos they will appear clearer?
DeleteI love those...they're great. :)
ReplyDeleteHi Lee, thanks so much.
