Here are a few photos from last week's farmer's market. My booth is between a large vegetable stand and a gluten free baker.
We opted to change to lighter weight displays because our old bones couldn't handle the large tall racks. I actually think I sell more pottery with the tables and shelves than the racks.
The lighting isn't the greatest in my photos but you can see some of my pottery. We had to pack up early due to some very high winds. Items from other folks booth's were flying across the market. You know how pottery is breakable. Food and vegetables might withstand the wind but not pottery. Thankfully I didn't have any mishaps.
Thanks for reading and for all your comments.
Yay for having a booth at the Farmers Market! I just quit my job as manager of a couple markets.. now I am dreaming about having my own booth! Great blog! <3 - http://www.domesticgeekgirl.com

ReplyDeleteHi Gingi, thanks, having your own booth is a lot of work, what will you sell ?
DeleteGood that you got out before disaster struck.
ReplyDeleteI would find being sandwiched between vegies and bread very, very distracting.
Hi Sue, thanks, we made it just in the nick of time. I was very distracted but conveniently so. Ha.
DeleteAnother great array of your pottery, Linda...glad to hear it survived the wind. :)
ReplyDeleteHi Lee, thanks, I am too because I had all my pots with the driftwood handles and the very large ones and all I could think of was oh no it's taken me months to make all those. the hurricane effects reach far and wide.
