Gluten Free Greek Pizza
4 cloves of garlic chopped fine
20 basil leaves chopped chiffonade
10 sprigs of fresh Greek oregano removed from stems and chopped fine
1/4 cup kalamata olives sliced in thirds or fours
generous sprinkling of red pepper flakes
1/8 pound of feta cheese sliced thin
3/4 cup of marinara sauce
gluten free pizza dough
Preheat oven and bake gluten free dough that has risen spread on a pizza pan at 400 F for 9 minutes. Remove from oven spread marinara sauce on crust. Top with pepper flakes and condiments, lastly add cheese, bake another 18 minutes at 400 F.
This was real spicey with the pepper flakes but we both like our spice. Gary doesn't like olives. He said you snuck olives in the pizza and didn't think I'd notice. I said well it's a Greek pizza after all, lol. Thanks for reading and for all your comments.

I will happily eat Gary's olives for him. Love them. And feta. And spice.
ReplyDeleteHi Sue, thanks, you are my faithful reader and commentor; I love olives too but must limit my sodium, this time I splurged.
