It's Blueberry Time

It's blueberry time; we're picking blueberries this month.
I remembered this recipe of scallops with blueberry sauce from several years ago. I need to make this dish again this week. It's mouth watering.

  5. I love to freeze blueberries. Like to eat them frozen... and also that way they don't make the batter blue in pancakes, etc. Hope you have good sales at the Farmer's Market!
