Thank you to all my farmers market customers. I had the biggest sales day ever yesterday. Besides right here in Blairsville, some of my pottery went to New Orleans, Memphis, and Miramar Beach. Thanks for reading and for all your comments.
Hi Rian, thanks, I sold two of the largest overlapped pieces (they were high $ which contributed to the best day); I sold a lot of small vases in the same overlap style, a lot of the rectangular plates, one bird and some leaves. I always sell a lot of the leaves. We get a lot of folks from out of town to our area and they come to the market and buy lots of gifts for themselves and others. I've been taking the large pieces to the market and I always get lots of admirers but only sell one occasionally but when they do it's well worth it.
How great! It makes the hard work all worthwhile. I know you enjoy doing your craft, Linda...but it is uplifting and encouraging to you to know others love the fruits of your talent, too. :)
That's great, Linda! May the rest of your summer be as wonderful!
ReplyDeleteHi Barbara, thanks, I hope so.
DeleteCongrats Linda! Can I ask what was your biggest seller?
