Even more peppers are being harvested. Mostly shishito and carmen peppers. I'll grow both varieties next year.
I think the cooler summer evening temperatures are perfect for growing peppers. Also the deep soil of the bins helps too.

Hi Suzi, thanks, I thought about making some but I had sold my canning equipment when we lived in Florida and hate to invest in it again. I suppose I could just make a small batch and give some away. Might have to; I do love pepper jelly.
