the mountain laurel is blooming
this asymmetrical vase isn't in focus
but here you can see what a lovely flower it is

I've got a mountain laurel bush outside my front door. Somehow I never paid attention to it before. I hope the bees find it soon. we had lots of bumbles on the azaleas earlier.

DeleteLove Mountain Laurels. Had a few, but lost them over the years. Don't think they grow well here, but they do great by my daughter's in the hill country.
