Last of the Shishitos

Have you ever had shishito peppers? If not you're missing out on a tasty vegetable dish. The best part of shishito peppers is they are so easy to prepare and they taste completely different than any other pepper.

Get a cast iron frying pan hot with a dash of high smoke point oil. Add the pepper whole. Keep the peppers turning to blister them whole. When soft add in some soy or balsamic vinegar and perhaps some sesame seeds. Serve immediately. So delicious and so good for you.
