First Harvest of Shishitos

We just harvested our first shishito peppers
We'll be having shishitos this week, can't wait.
Everything in the literature says one in ten is spicy
 but I have never had a spicy one.
Easy to cook just get a cast iron pan smoking hot to blister them
 and perhaps add some ginger, garlic, soy or balsamic vinegar.
yummy.
