The other day we went to Atlanta Highway Seafood Market in Gainsville to get some fresh fish to stock our freezer. I was a little conservative this time because it was our first trip there. We brought an ice chest to keep the fish cold on the drive back. Their fish is so fresh.
We got several of each of these: black bass, drum fish, golden pompano, grey mullet, pink snapper, swordfish, and a couple of pounds of frozen frog legs.
The market also has a quite an extensive menu in their restaurant where you can have them prepare your seafood or other lunch or early dinner offerings and eat right there.Now I'll do some research on how to cook the various varieties of fish; stay tuned. (Images are from their website).
