Capered Deviled Eggs


Who doesn't like deviled eggs? How about capered deviled eggs!
Slice in half, place yolks in a bowl, mash with fork,
Add one tbs dijon mustard, one tsp gochuchang or hot sauce,
two tbs mayonnaise, 2 tbs capers and a dash of their juice,
1 tbs prepared horseradish, salt and pepper,
 mix gently, top with paprika & black sesame seeds.
These are yummy because the capers jazz them up.
I can't seem to cook the yolks in the middle? Any suggestions?
Next time I'll reserve a couple of capers for the tops.
and leave off the paprika on top and add to egg mixture.
