Smoked Salmon Roll-ups


Tasty and easy to make, Smoked Salmon Roll-ups.
Take thin slices of salmon (lox) and lay in a rectangular shape.
Spread softened cream cheese over the salmon.
Sprinkle drained capers over the cream cheese.
Next sprinkle dried chives over the top.
Gently roll salmon into a lengthwise log and
 sprinkle black sesame seeds over all sides of the roll.
Slice the roll into bite sized pieces and serve.
These roll-ups can be made in less than 15 minutes.
Ok, my rolls aren't the prettiest but they were very delicious!
