Creamy Mushroom Tagliatelle

Creamy Mushroom Tagliatelle is ready in less than half an hour.
These GF tagliatelle take 9 minutes to cook.
Put your water on to boil and add salt to the water.
When water boils add your tagliatelle noodles.
Saute 8 oz fresh sliced mushrooms till al dente, add 2 tbs white wine,
when pan is deglazed, add in 1/4 cup of heavy cream.
The sauce should be cooked over medium low heat.
When tagliatelle are cooked, add them directly to the cream sauce.
Toss till coated, starch in noodles will thicken the sauce.

Plate the tagliatelle and garnish with some fresh parsley.
Nothing better than a home cooked meal which eats like gourmet.
