Sure As Shooting, We Ate 'Um All Up.
They're GF biscuits with butter and honey drizzled over.
They didn't rise as much as I hoped for, maybe next time.

2 cups gluten free flour
2 tbs baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
6 tablespoons very cold butter
1 cup buttermilk
Preheat over to 425 F
Whisk dry ingredients. With a pastry cutter, cut in butter,
add buttermilk and stir till dough comes together into a ball.
Put on a GF floured surface and press into 1/2 inch thick slab.
You can use waxed paper under and over
to make the dough slab easier to handle.
Cut out into biscuits size you desire, brush with milk,
to get that brown crust on top. Bake for 15 minutes.
We both loved these. I want to perfect the rise and flakiness.
