No pictures of my recipe for today, my camera battery was completely dead. I burnt the blueberry compote but somehow Gary got the pan clean. But the leftover purple rice pancakes were delicious. I will make them again and hopefully next time my camera battery will not be dead. What can I say. Check out youtube for various recipes on leftover rice pancakes, you won't be disappointed.
