Baked Jalapeno Poppers Every So Often
We have these every so often.
Got the jalapenos at Aldi; they were jumbo sized.
I use gloves to slice in half and deseed the jalapenos.
Next I soften cream cheese and stuff them,
then sprinkle garlic powder, cumin, and smoked paprika.
Not everything has to be fried.
Bake these in preheated 325 F oven for 30 minutes.
When eating keep a glass of milk on hand in case one is too hot.
Sorry no photo of afterwards, we scarfed them up.
