Venison Cube Steak


Venison Cube Steak
served over steamed brown rice

Here are the cube steaks all breaded up.
I used half gf flour and potato starch.
Next time I'll just use the gf flour.
Now they are browning in a pan of avocado oil (high heat).
Lined up in a 9 x 12 casserole dsh.
A white gravy made with the drippings.
2-3 cups of milk added to drippings.

Baked in the oven at 325 F for one hour.
Tenderest venison I have ever had and so delicious.
I think the potato starch made the gravy a bit too thick.
