All these years growing shishito peppers and I've never had a hot one,
until this week. We had a two which were hot, one red and one green.
To cook, I just put a dab of oil in a cast iron pan, get it good and hot,
add the peppers and cook them till they are blistered.
Oh so good. Enjoy !
