Lemon Garlic Scallops
I almost got a good sear on them this time.
I used my cast iron pan.
Sauce was minced garlic, butter, lemon, and wine,
poured over the scallops and the turmeric rice.
As you can see we had a little broccoli with our scallops, lol.
