Sautéed Salmon with Shallot Butter Sauce
Believe it or not that salmon was pink when I bought it,
and it somehow turned pale after cooking.
It was frozen wild caught salmon at Aldi, probably won't get it again.
I think the frozen slabs of salmon at Ingles are better.
Made some turmeric rice and sautéed mushrooms to go with.
Still, all in all, was tasty all the same.
