Apple Wood Smoked Chicken Thighs

I smoked chicken thighs in my anuka electric smoker
for 50 minutes. I had to bake them for another 10 minutes
to get them up to temperature.
The boneless, skinless thighs were still juicy and delicious.

The anuka was originally made in Australia and New Zealand
and previously was sold in Florida.
They can no longer be purchased in Florida.
I feel lucky to have this one.
It has a small heating element where I put
the wood chips of my choice and two racks inside.
With a small chamber it produces a lot of smoke.
I just put salt and pepper on the chicken
and smoked the thighs for the allotted time.

I put some BBQ sauce on the plate
but they were better without the sauce.
