Prosciutto Wrapped Cheese Stuffed Peaches
Just slice your peaches in half, remove pit.
Insert a melty cheese of your choice in center.
Wrap peach with prosciutto and secure with a toothpick.
Brush with a bit of olive oil
Bake in 425 F oven for 15 to 20 minutes.
Drizzle some honey just after taking out of oven.
You can also cook these on the grill.
Enjoy!
