Turkey Thighs on the Grill

I marinated the thighs overnight with a rub of olive oil and herbs.
Today I heated the briquets and put cherry wood chips over the top.
Takes about 20 or so minutes to cook the thighs through.

Served them with some mixed canned vegetables.
Never had these vegetables before; they weren't half bad.
Can had corn, carrots, green beans, peas, and lima beans.
Not everything has to be fresh, canned is just fine.
Be sure to eat a lot of vegetables, they're good for you.
One thigh is really enough for two meals.
Turkey thighs are sizeable and really meaty.
I prefer other wood chips rather than cherry.
Perhaps mesquite, apple, oak, etc.
However, nothing ventured, nothing gained.
