Cranberry Chutney Poppers
See previous post for sweet and spicy cranberry chutney recipe. Prepare your jalapenos as usual, slicing in half, scooping out the seeds and filling with cream cheese. Place jalapenos on a parchment lined baking sheet. Make a small indentation in the middle of the cream cheese and drizzle the chutney in the center and cook poppers at 325 F for 30 minutes. The chutney was spicy and so were the jalapenos, so these were hot, too hot for me to even eat. Serve with a glass of milk which is the only thing that will quell the hotness. I'll be making more cranberries to quell the heat forthwith. Rather festive looking though.
