Baked Breaded Bay Scallops


Baked Breaded Bay Scallops

Pat sea scallops dry and leave to room temperature.
Place two tablespoon of white wine in ramekin.
Mix breading of 1 cup bread crumbs, 2 tablespoons olive oil.
1 stick of melted butter, salt, pepper, paprika, cayenne.
Mix breading well. Place bay scallops in ramekin
and top with breading. Bake at 425 for 15 minutes.
Serve immediately. I might have let these go too long.
But they were delicious none the less.
