For the cocktail sauce
I used catchup, sweet and spicy Polynesian sauce,
Worcestershire sauce and prepared horseradish.
We used a new kind of prepared horseradish
and it was quite spicy, but good though.
I added the other ingredients because
I don't really like the taste of plain catchup.
When I make a sauce like this I never really measure.
No wonder it was so spicy. Ha.
