Buckwheat Groats


Buckwheat Groats

With a two to one water ratio, water to groats, bring water to boil, add groats and cook covered for 20 minutes. I had mine for breakfast with a drizzle of sorghum syrup. Easy to make and quite tasty as well as good for  you. Even though the name had wheat in it, it is gluten free as all buckwheat is gluten free unless stated otherwise.
