Greens & Salt Pork, Mustard, Turnip, Radish

In my CSA basket I had greens, and turnips and radish.
I'm cooking the turnips and radishes separately.
I didn't want to waste the greens of the two.
 I braised all of the greens with salt pork,
vinegar, a dash of sugar, spices and herbs.
The salt pork is very salty, next time I'll boil
the salt pork and pour off the water and then cook with them.
The greens were delicious none the less and good for your health.
