Roasted Radishes


Roasted Radishes

Roasted radishes seems crazy, but
you know how I like to experiment.
Cut both ends off beets, slice into wedges,
toss in olive oil, minced garlic, salt and pepper.
Roast in baking dish at 425 F for 30 minutes till soft.
If you prefer, drizzle a little sauce over the top
Enjoy!
