Fresh Fish Trip

Today we went to Gainesville to two fish markets
to get fresh fish to stock our freezer.

Above you see amberjack. Other wild caught fish
we bought are listed below.

Pompano

Porgy

Red Snapper

Shrimp

Swordfish

We also purchased a large container of gumbo.

It was spicy but not too much so, mostly green

broth in color, perhaps greens, celery and peppers.
Added to that were small shrimp, sausage, and rice.

Boy was that good for a late lunch, early dinner.
Traffic wasn't that bad, thanks for driving Gary.
