Oven Grilled Whole Pompano
Whole Pomfret/Pompano Fish 1 tsp Ginger Powder 2 tsp Garlic Powder 1 tsp Onion Powder ¼ Cup Sesame Oil 2 tsp Paprika 2 tsp Dry Parsley or Fresh 1 tsp Thyme 1 tsp Salt or Mrs Dash (adjust taste according to preference) 2 tsp Chilli Paste ( optional) I used chili powder 2 tsp Black peppercorn 1 tsp Coriander Seeds, I used ground coriander
Marinated the fish in the sauce and baked at 400 F for 15 minutes on each side. I think the whole lemon fish I have prepared in the past is better than this one. Live and learn.
