You know I don't need any other projects but a local church offers classes at a very reasonable price. The program is called
OASIS - Outstanding Adults Sharing in Service. Adults proficient in arts or crafts donate their time to teach others. Last winter I took a caning class. Several weeks ago I signed up for a painting class. The class meets once a week and yesterday afternoon was my first class.
An old weathered local barn is my inspiration from a photograph I took. The scene is in late autumn so the sky is streaked gray and the grasses have turned their winter colors. The trees and barn are roughed in; there will be lots of changes before I'm finished. If you like I'll show you my progress. Thanks for reading and for all your comments.
